nikolakis2009 Posted February 25, 2014 #29 Posted February 25, 2014 Hi to all this is my first post to this forum I found it googling for the specific problemI am very curious what is going on, I had installed the trial version, I tried the serial mentioned, it was not workingI had done all the above INCLUDING A SYSTEM RESTORE. I had a restore point 2 days before I had installed VideoRedo. The same problem Key not accepted. I checked the registery after the system restore and before I had tried to install the software again. No VideoRedo entry in the registery. ( I thing after a system restore the registry is replaced by the restored one? )The funny thing is that in my PC I have 2 hard drives both with windows, and I boot from what I want both had windows 7. I booted in the other hard drive I installed it and it was registered ok ( I had disabled updates and with the comodo firewall I had blocked internet connection during installation, but In the hard disk I had installed the trial first , no luck of accepting the key. I don't know where the first installation writes this data. I had also mentioned that the trial days remaning are still counting down.Is there any improvement to this? Thanks in advance

It seem the pc with trial VideoReDo has been update and key being blacklisted. The only way is to reinstall windows and install the last version of VideoReDo - look post 24 My friend thanks for the anwser I will get crazy, I restored the PC to a previous state ( 2 days ago ), Why if I unstall application and delete traces and make a system restore problem persists? What is blacklisted the MAC of my Pc? no because I had installed it successfully in my other Hard drive, where are traces remaining, I cannot understand, The same key with the same program version was installed in my other 2 PC's 1 laptop and one Desktop without any problem, this means, in this pc and the specific hard drive because I had in first place installed the trial something is left behind after unistalling but what?? I use Pc 25 years, I am not a newby........ I have an Acronis Backup 15 days ago, I can do a restore, but I want to find out what is going on.... Edited February 25, 2014 by nikolakis2009

quidtum Posted March 25, 2014 Author #33 Posted March 25, 2014 (edited) Installing the new version (VideoReDo TVSuite H 264 v.4.21.6.674) provided in the full software section with your machine always disconnected from the internet during all the installation process untilyou set up the program's Start up (Tools > Options > Start up) as the following pic shows and saying always NO to future updates and beta versions, will let you get ridof all the problems discussed so far in this topic, so no need to reinstall windows or whatever...tested / works Edited March 25, 2014 by quidtum
