Web Builder is a WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) program used to create web pages. WYSIWYG means that the finished page will display exactly the way it was designed. The program generates HTML (HyperText Markup Language) tags while you point and click on desired functions; you can create a web page without learning HTML. Just drag and drop objects to the page position them 'anywhere' you want and when you're finished publish it to your web server (using the built in Publish tool). Web Builder gives you full control over the content and layout of your web page.

WYSIWYG Web Builder 11.2.4 fixes known problems and includes other improvements.
- Fixed: Floating layers height issue.
- Fixed: Columns in nested layout grid inherit background from container if column background is transparent.
- Fixed: SlideMenu full width cannot be set via property dialog.
- Fixed: Tooltip custom background color.
- Fixed: Issue with popup settings in mobile page links.
- Fixed: Issue with Layer Menu in Content Place Holder.
- Improved: PayPal custom image can now be smaller than the image size.
- Improved: Using images with padding in layout grid adds 'border-box'.
- Improved: Page Footer will no longer 'chase' objects outside the footer's boundaries.
- Improved: The quality of the ClipArt image is now approx. 10 times better than in previous versions with more details and smoother curves. Note that this applies to newly inserted clipart only.

IMPORTANT!
To avoid pop-up/pop-under windows from the MirrorCreator site:
1. Right-click on the host you want to download from and select "Open in a new tab"
2. Right-Click again on the provided link and select again "Open in a new Tab"
3. Download from the host and close the 2 previously opened windows.
Doing so you will almost never have pop-up/pop-under windows.

HINT ... if you download from zippyshare
If Firefox is your browser, then right-click on the [DOWNLOAD] button and select "Save Link As..."
You won't have any pop-up window at all!
