It is open source, runs using Java (can run on Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.), and supports such features as user created content and games/maps, an AI, multiplayer capability and an online lobby, savegames, play by email, and single player support. Comes with a tutorial for new players, but many more user-created games can be downloaded from inside the TripleA program. Great for playing Axis & Allies online free.
