• Portable version built by DoomStorm using the PurkdellApps Universal Launcher (PAUL) developed by Azure Zanculmarktum
• Online/Offline Generator/Updater/Repairer 0.5 MB. Application not embedded. Both online and offline mode can generate an activated specific Portable version (the used fix is version specific). In case of use of a license, the offline mode can be used to generate a trial Portable version using any release of the official installer. New versions of the fix or different fixes can be manually added to the trial version
  • If the online mode is selected and executed, the specific installer (burnaware_pro_13.2.exe) is pinged in the official website. If the official installer is available, it's downloaded and used to generate or upgrade the Portable version. The settings, of a possibly upgraded Portable version, are preserved. If the specific official installer is not available, the Portable version can't be created or upgraded. The size of this solution it's minimal (one small file only) but the internet connection is needed
  • If the "extraction" mode is selected, it permits the local selection of the specific official installer (burnaware_pro_13.2.exe). Other versions are not supported by the embedded fix. The selected specific official installer it's used to generate or upgrade the Portable version. The settings, of a possibly upgraded Portable version, are preserved. If the specific official installer is not locally available, the Portable version can't be created or upgraded. The size of this solution is not minimal (two files) but the internet connection is not needed
• The Launcher (BurnAwarePortable.exe) takes cares of leftovers and it provides a Stealth and Fully Portable application
• A progress window is shown during starting and closing operations. To hide it, modify the value of the HideProgressWindow setting in BurnAwarePortable.ini (file available in the main folder, beside the launcher, after the initial startup)
• Multilingual. All languages provided with the official version are fully available and they can be added during the execution of the Online/Offline Extractor. The default language is set according to the OS localization, if available, otherwise the default language is English. To enable the ability of permanently set a different language, modify the value of the UseSystemLanguage setting in BurnAwarePortable.ini (file available in the main folder, beside the launcher, after the initial startup)
• To use a license, instead of the embedded fix, modify the value of the ApplyFix setting in BurnAwarePortable.ini (file available in the main folder, beside the launcher, after the initial startup)
• Official local settings, of a possibly already executed version, are preserved. They are available when the portable version is not in execution
