capture program turns black on screen

I am using Faststone capture program and when I try to use it to capture my bank info I am sure AVG anti virus is making the screen turn black.

Can someone give me the steps to disable it in AVG

In my version of AVG (still using the 2012 version and working perfectly!);

1. Open AVG

2. Tools/Firewall Settings

3. Applications ... look for Faststone Capture and select it.

4. Look under the Action tab and click it

5. If blocked, select [Allow for all].
