humble3d Posted Saturday at 03:25 AM #1 Posted Saturday at 03:25 AM WHO WILL THEY STARVE AND EVICT OR DISPLACE NEXT ?? Gaza – Trump’s Monte Carlo April 6, 2025 By Michael Manoussos, Esq. bookmark A Trump Monte Carlo Gaza? Yup, that’s what Trump sees and wants. Monte Carlo, breathtakingly situated at the base of the Alps along the French Riviera, is world-famous for its opulent casinos and majestic hotels, a glamorous playground for the wealthy and celebrities. Trump’s Gaza intentions and peace plan entail a camouflaged, now revealed, component to transform the Gaza strip, situated on the eastern coast of the Mediterranean Sea, into a Trump Monte Carlo. The geography, full-stretch shoreline, and weather of Gaza make it prime real estate for such a grand development and luxurious resort. Trump straight-out talked about the U.S. “owning that piece of land” and that the Palestinians will not be allowed to return to their homeland. Trump intimated his scheme, at a press conference to Israel’s Netanyahu’s surprise, about Gaza being the “Riviera of the Middle East.” The strip, Trump said, is “just a demolition site;” it’s devastated and ready for rebuilding – for a ‘Riviera’ enclave in Gaza. The brewing of Trump’s plan to commercially capitalize on the Gaza predicament and fate, seemingly was initiated in his first term when Trump dispatched his son-in-law Jared Kushner, a real estate businessman, to broker geopolitics of Israel-Gaza. Trump even formally recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and moved the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Aside from pleasing his pro-Israel megadonors, one wonders whether that was a sycophantic move by Trump then to induce Netanyahu now into accommodating Trump’s endgame for Gaza. Trump saw Gaza as a property development opportunity for the Trump clan. Trump, who exaggerates his billionaire status (that’s weightily leveraged, too), keenly understands the value of the real estate adage of “location, location, location.” And Gaza has it. Trump stressed that it’s a “phenomenal location” and worth a “long-term ownership position.” “You know as s developer, [Gaza] could be the most beautiful place…,” Trump admitted. What a ploy for Trump under the guise of foreign affairs to enrich himself! So much for Trump’s genuine and altruistic concern as a world leader for peace in the Middle East and the well-being of its people. Trump vowed to permanently empty Gaza of Palestinians and promised them “a beautiful new land” but elsewhere, according to the Associated Press. The United States would then take over the territory and rebuild it as a “Riviera” for the “world’s people,” as reported by the Associated Press. It’s supposable that crooked Trump and Netanyahu, who has been unsuccessful in his effort to expel the Palestinians, strike a deal to orchestrate, in essence, the cleansing of Palestinians and the commercial redevelopment of Gaza. The public relations apparatuses will spin this as a double win: peace for the Israeli-Palestinian people, and Gaza for the “world’s people.” This publicity campaign would underscore that Gaza disputes and fighting have evaded resolution, that Gaza was the situs of bloodshed and a hub for terrorists, and with Gaza now destroyed, it makes sense to rebuild it anew – Trump’s way. This, however, to be derisive, is abhorrently an ignorant, naïve, inequitable, and immoral way to frame the issue. A people’s right to their homeland must not be deprived by imperialistic capitalism (or by displacement or genocide as we are already witnessing). Unconcernedly, Trump envisions a reconstruction of a new Gaza as the “Riviera of the Middle East,” like the European Monte Carlo. This, of course, would require removing and relocating all the Palestinians, over two million in Gaza, say to Jordan and Egypt (as Trump unilaterally suggested), so Gaza is a clean slate primed for redevelopment. Vehement protests, by Jordan, Egypt, the United Nations, and an outraged world community, hopefully would derail this devious scheme from gaining traction or fruition. Jordan and Egypt now have flatly objected to housing the displaced Palestinians, testing the “force of his [Trumps’s] will,” and implicit threat when he said that “… we pay Jordan and Egypt billions of dollars a year.” Trump continued by saying “I’m just going to sit back and recommend it,” the New York Times reported. Though Trump may be tapping the brakes on his “brazen” plan, backroom dealmaking may still be fermenting. The audacious Trump and Netanyahu may not be deterred by an uncooperative Jordan and Egypt. As to any conflicts of interest, illegalities, or ethical violations, corrupt Trump and Netanyahu would not be fazed. Israeli interests and Zionist crusaders backed by Jewish megadonors would saturate the media with their public relations narratives to diminish any improprieties and immoralities and promote the sanctity of the Gaza scheme. This would be a triple win. Netanyahu, in exchange for turning over Gaza to a Trump plan, would be celebrated as a hero as he would bask in his dreamed victory of eradicating the Palestinians from Gaza (and wishfully also from the West Bank). Netanyahu would proclaim a lasting peace in Gaza, and that the Zionist movement is getting closer to realizing its ideal. He would secure his leadership tenure and rehabilitate his legacy. The Knesset would obviously approve the scheme and loudly applaud the value-added benefits to Israel’s tourism and economy. The economic activity produced from the construction and development of a ‘Riviera’ Gaza, and the revenues generated from its operations, would be mind-boggling. Trump would be esteemed as a statesman worthy of the Nobel Prize and, in turn, get his quid pro quo of Trump Gaza Tower, Trump Gaza Taj Mahal, Trump Gaza International Hotel, et al, thanks to his ingenious unjust money scheme. Just like his pretext that Trump wants Greenland for U.S. defense purposes and not for its natural resources (yup, the Trump Oil & Gas Company), Trump sees his re-structuring scheme for Gaza (which was unvetted by his advisers) as his enrichment dream: the Trump Monte Carlo strip in Gaza.
