How to use the OCR in Windows Photos app

The Photos app on board Windows has been enriched with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for extracting text from an image. Here is how to use it:

Right-click the image: Open with Photos > click on the Scan text icon at mid-bottom > right-click: Select all text > right-click again: Copy all text

The text is now stored on the Clipboard, from where it can be pasted, e.g. in a Word document.
