A deaf woman came to the see her gynaecologist, she enters the room, undressed, and sat in the examination chair.

The doctor walks in and looks shocked, he tried to tall something to her, but she made a sign to tell the doctor she unable to hear him.

He looked very confused, suddenly thought, and asked the woman to wait a little. 

The doctor called someone for a second opinion, an elegantly dressed man walks into the room. And they had a lively discussion for 15 minutes, showing on her vagina from time to time. 

Then they agreed and shook hands. (All this time, the poor woman watched the action in horror.)

Elegant man filled out some papers and went away. And while the doctor was seeing him off, the bewildered woman frowned and began to look at those papers.

To her surprise, instead of a diagnosis, it was an invoice from a car dealer for a Porsche Cayenne with a red leather interior.
