@humble3d I use a slim downed ver of Win 10 for the last three years & I haven't had this issue.

What build is your win 10 version?

1. Run SFC Scan & DISM

2. Run Built-in Windows Update troubleshooter
Windows Key+X > Click Settings > Click Update & security > Click Troubleshoot > Click Windows Update > Click Run the Troubleshooter

UPDATE:RE: Windows File Explorer keeps opening randomly...THANK YOU FOR TRYING...TRIED ALL THE TIPS WITHOUT SUCCESS...GUESE MSFT MIGHT HAVE DUNE SOMETHING WHILE ONLINE....THEY HAVE REMOVED SOME FACTORS...WHEN I FIND THE LIST I WILL ADVISE...THANKS AGAIN

Run DISM: this will provide the required files to repair your corrupted files. 

Then run: sfc /scannow again.

This should now repair your corrupted files.

When it is successfully, restart your PC.
