The salesman thinking of health and safety put a stop shield on the highest runner. A couple days later the salesman went to the doctors for a checkup and saw the Irishman with two broken arms. So, he enquired what had happened. The Irishman said: "When he got to the top of the ladder and saw the stop shield. So, he looked left and right saw nobody coming so he carried on." 1 2
