About Men and Women

Men and women complement each other by the unique traits we were each given.

WOMEN:

1. Women have strengths that amaze men. They carry children, they carry hardships, they carry burdens, but they hold happiness, love and joy.
2. They smile when they want to scream. They sing when they want to cry. They cry when they are happy and laugh when they are nervous. Women wait by the phone for a "safe at home call" from a friend after a snowy drive home.
3. They are childcare workers, executives, attorneys, stay-at-home moms, bikers, babes, and your neighbours. They wear suits, jeans, and they wear uniforms.
4. They fight for what they believe in and they stand up for injustice. They walk and talk the extra mile to get their children in the right schools and to get their family the right health care. They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
5. Women are honest, loyal, and forgiving. They are smart, knowing that knowledge is power. But they still know how to use their softer side to make a point.
6. Women want to be the best for their family, their friends and themselves. Their hearts break when a friend dies. They have sorrow at the loss of a family member, yet they are strong when they think there is no strength left.
7. They drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much they care about you. The heart of a woman is what makes the world spin! Women do more than just give birth. They bring joy and hope. They give compassion and ideals. They give moral support to their family and friends and all they want back is a hug, a smile.

MEN:

1. Men are good at lifting heavy stuff.

IF FEMALE WROTE THE RULES

1. The FEMALE always makes THE RULES.
2. THE RULES are subject to change without prior notification.
3. No MALE can possibly know all THE RULES.
4. If the FEMALE suspects the MALE knows all THE RULES, she must change some or all of THE RULES immediately.
5. The FEMALE is never wrong.
6. If the FEMALE is wrong, it is due to a misunderstanding which was a direct result of something the MALE did or said wrong.
7. The MALE must apologize immediately for causing said misunderstanding.
8. The FEMALE may change her mind at any time.
9. The MALE must NEVER change his mind without the express written consent of the FEMALE.
10. The FEMALE has every right to be angry or upset at any time.
11. The MALE must remain calm at all times, unless the FEMALE wants him to be angry or upset.    
12.  The FEMALE will, under no circumstances, let the MALE know whether or not she wants him to be angry and/or upset.
13. The MALE is expected to mind read at all times.
14. The MALE who doesn't abide by THE RULES can't take the heat, lacks backbone, and is a wimp.
15. Any attempt by the MALE to document THE RULES should result in bodily harm.
16. If the FEMALE has PMS, all THE RULES are null and void!
17. The FEMALE is ready when she is ready.
18. The MALE must be ready at all times!

IF MALE WROTE THE RULES

1. Anything we said six or eight months ago is inadmissible in an argument.
2. It is in neither your best interest nor ours to make us take those stupid relationship quizzes together.
3. Let us gaze. If we don't look at other women, how can we know how pretty you are?
4. You can either ask us to do something OR tell us how you want it done - not both.
