Andr-Tech uk666 Posted August 10, 2024 Andr-Tech #1 Posted August 10, 2024 Riots in UK - Mum-Of-Five Thug Jailed Instant karma for mum-of-five thug who charged at cops with burning wheelie bin Astonishing footage captures a rioter falling flat on her face during "unprecedented" riots in a town centre - after the mum-of-five pushed a burning wheelie bin towards police. Stacey Vint, 34, received instant karma after the bin almost collided with an officer holding a riot shield in Middlesbrough. Her hapless fall was caught on camera and widely shared on social media before she was jailed today for 20 months. Meanwhile, another woman, Leanne Hodgson, 43, was jailed today for deliberately running into an officer with a dumpster before hurling vile abuse in Sunderland. She will now be locked up for two-and-a-half years. Police officers were injured, more than £300,000 damage caused and entire communities left living in fear after around 1,000 people took to the streets of Middlesbrough for a "peaceful" protest that erupted into a riot last week. It was one of several marches nationally which turned ugly. But thugs across the country have been hauled before judges this week, as courts crack down on the shocking violence. Vint was arrested at the scene and, in addition to violent disorder, she was also charged with possessing cannabis. The mum pleaded guilty to each offence at Teesside Crown Court today. The footage, which was played to the judge twice, was taken when the march in Middlesbrough on Sunday August 4 became heated and then violent, with people trying to break through police lines and attacking officers. Sentencing, Judge Francis Laird KC recognised Vint had no racial motivation for her attack. He said: "The impact on people and their community will take a long time to repair. The community of Middlesbrough and the public at large are rightly outraged by the behaviour." The court heard during the Middlesbrough disruption, eight officers reported injuries, although many more were hit by missiles and 14 police vehicles were damaged beyond repair, one being a specialist vehicle worth £90,000. A further £5,000 damage was caused to police vehicles that were able to remain operational. There were 150 crimes of damage to properties, including a university and courts, and the total cost is estimated to be around £300,000. 1
