Legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan has claimed that his X account was hacked after posting a series of bizarre posts on Friday

After the wild posts on X, formerly Twitter, sparked concern from fans Hulk Hogan took to Instagram to address the controversy and claimed that his account was hacked. 

Posting a black-and-white text image, he wrote to his 2.4 million followers: "Hello family, appreciate your love and support always. Please do not take notice of any posts posted today. They are not from me and will be promptly removed. Thank you."

The promotion of $HULK led to a quick surge in its market value, with the token reaching a peak market value of $18.8 million shortly after the launch.

After the incident, cryptocurrency expert explained: "HULK Solana memecoin plummeted from $17 million to $2 million in just a few minutes after Hulk Hogan deleted tweets about the coin."
