Legoman Posted December 3, 2023 #1 Posted December 3, 2023 Is there a way of bookmarking a website that contains an immediate javascript redirect to open a new browser window, such that you can go straight through to the java redirected destination instead of the landing page that contains the java redirect? I'm just looking to have a simple bookmark without all the nonsense of opening another browser window I don't need which I then have to go back and kill again. The website: Hidden Content Give reaction to this post to see the hidden content. The destination that results from that: Hidden Content Give reaction to this post to see the hidden content. The Javascript redirect code: Hidden Content Give reaction to this post to see the hidden content. Which sends you straight back to the website link in the first coded link above although in a new browser window. Is there a convenient way of avoiding all the java roundabout nonsense that takes you on a magical mystery tour only to end up back where you started in the first place? Obviously blanket blocking java is not a suitable solution since this will kill 99% of websites from even basic functionality. Only looking for solutions that solve a small problem, I don't wanna start a holocaust. 1
