It's blocked on all the mirrors but part2 and 3 are just fine.

Checked the links and all work fine. It's linked to your pc but not to the hosts.

Well yes, you're right, it also was for me:

However, after 1+ minute, it suddenly started to download.

First at high speed but then, at +/- 700 MB, at a very slow speed (11 to 50 KB/sec.)

Anyway, after succeeding I've re-upped it for you.
