Bypass Huawei Google FRP help

I've tried many different ways to bypass frp on my mother in law's Mediapad (not sure why she reset it) .... lots of youtube videos, no luck.

I'm trying to find an app to reset using my laptop.. the media pad is a Huawei T3 10  AGS-L03.

Any ideas?

Perhaps you can try Huawei support, or a computer repair shop/centre.
