Use the heart symbol in the right corner under each post. It has 5 settings.

Your restrictions will be lifted once you reach 10 posts. What about contributing in the lounge section to reach your 10 posts, as a start.

Since we had a bunch of spammers joining December, 2017 and January + February 2018, Moderators' approval for new members is set to one full month.
I should have announced it in Area 51 ... sorry, I forgot to do that!
