Best VPN service

Looking for a VPN service finally... Any opinions on the best service for the buck?? Thinking about signing up with Private Internet Access VPN the subscription is 2 years $55 it's located in USA and I'm located in Canada... Any advice would be appreciated... Thanks

if you are going to use torrents, do not use any USA based service (or any DMCA impacted country). 'Cause it'll be a pain!

TOR is not good to download torrent though. I am a PIA suscriber and I think this is a great vpn for the price.

I'm not using a VPN server but rather Avira Phantom VPN. In the rare cases I need it it does the job.
