Administrator Bad Karma Posted July 31, 2018 Administrator #2 Posted July 31, 2018 Without any details in your post it's guessing work. I advise you to go to the support site of Toshiba for the missing drivers Hidden Content Give reaction to this post to see the hidden content. 2
batman4ever Posted July 31, 2018 Author #3 Posted July 31, 2018 Yes I know this is a tough one. I did a google search and there are many people with the same issue is mine. Windows 10 does not see the camera like it is not even there. Thanks .
Administrator Bad Karma Posted August 1, 2018 Administrator #4 Posted August 1, 2018 What's the exact model of your Toshiba ? I thought you would have at least updated your post with essential info... 1
batman4ever Posted August 1, 2018 Author #5 Posted August 1, 2018 Sorry ! It is Toshiba Satellite Click 2 pro (SATELLITE P35W-B3226) This has 128 GB ssd drive, so I guest Toshiba did not set up a recover drive on it. I've email Toshiba support for recovery CD, but no respond so far. in Device Manager, There is no Imaging device at all. It is like the webcam does not exit???
Administrator Bad Karma Posted August 2, 2018 Administrator #6 Posted August 2, 2018 A quick look at the Toshiba support page, all drivers for your laptop are present & supported. If you installed a 32bit version of Win10, I would recommend to reinstall it with a 64bit version. 4

So I format the drive and install Windows 7 on it, and both cameras did show in device manager (hardware is working). Then I head to the forum to download a different windows 10 version, secure wipe and reinstall with new Windows 10, and the system recognized both camera now. It must be a glitch in the first windows install??? Thank you again ! 2
