I'm a noob at this, so any input is appreciated. Let me explain the scenario.

Require video feed to be displayed on the TV from 4 cameras (simultaneously only 2 cameras) with a 7 second delay.
My purpose is sports coaching. After playing a shot, the player looks at the TV and he can see what he's executed previously.

Here's what I've come up with.

Cameras with HDMI output ->

-> Video Delay Hardware - TV

Question 1.
Is there any hardware which gives the Video Delay option?

Question 2.
Any CCTV boxes which support video delay feature that you know of?

If you have any better options, please do recommend.

Hello my friend, try:

4 Camera Slow Motion Instant Replay - vMix PRO ($1200)
Enhance your live sports productions with the power of instant replay! vMix Replay continuously records up to four cameras simultaneously in full HD so operators can review the action and jump back to any point in the game all with real time control over camera angle and playback speed. 2 channel playback is also included with the ability to show audiences two camera angles side by side or in almost any arrangement you can think of.

Or

You can purchase a DVD recorder with CHASEPLAY and an internal hard drive.

Just connect the video camera through the DVDR, and press record. Once you have reached your desired delay time, press play and the recorder starts Chaseplay delayed video. So, there is no real limit on the delay you can set.

For example - Pioneer DVR-520HS DVD Recorder + 80GB Digital Video Recorder ($399) new

Or

DIY Video Delay app onto an iPhone or iPad

For example:

Thanks buddy .. They're all good solutions. I've been using Video Coach on Android and it works well.

In the meantime, I thought of something too. Tell me if some detail needs to be looked into.

CCTV boxes support multiple cameras by default. So my idea is to get a box with four cameras and feed it's output into a PC loaded with

software. This way I'll automatically get split screen and the PC will not have to do any encoding, just the delaying.

Cameras -> CCTV Box -> PC (Kinovea) -> TV

Kinovea can also be used as a sports analysis tool.
