.mp4 files on Android. ( extracting Content )

Hello, folks. Is there a way ( on Android devices ) to extract the content from a .mp4 file? I have downloaded a lot of mp4s from facebook. However, most of them are just an image ( which is what I am really after ) and maybe it has a sound file. But I just want the images for the most part. I would like to all of this from my android phone if possible. Am sure there is an app for that, just do not even know where to begin ( app name ) to put in a request for it. Thanks.
